I’m Reuben Rusk. I connect people with science.

Reuben shares science-based insights to help individuals, leaders, and teams thrive. Holding a PhD in well-being science from the University of Melbourne, he is an internationally experienced presenter and a recognised expert in his field. Reuben’s work has been published in academic journals, and his analysis of well-being science literature has informed the development of an evidence-based positive education framework.

With a background in engineering, Reuben offers unique perspectives on well-being, leadership, and organisational culture. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with diverse organisations across New Zealand and Australia. At the University of Melbourne, he has contributed to teaching Well-being Leadership and the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.

Reuben is dedicated to creating enduring positive change by shaping psychological, social, and physical environments to influence key behaviours, thoughts, and experiences. He believes leaders play a pivotal role in cultivating these environments and is passionate about improving performance and well-being through research-based approaches.
