I’m Reuben Rusk. I help leaders enable human flourishing.
Reuben shares science-based insights to help individuals, leaders, and teams work at their best. Holding a PhD from the University of Melbourne, he is an experienced presenter with over 15 years of experience in well-being and leadership science. Reuben’s work has been published in academic journals and pioneered systems-based approaches to individual and team flourishing.
With a background in engineering, Reuben offers unique perspectives on well-being, leadership, and organisational culture. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with diverse organisations across New Zealand and Australia. At the University of Melbourne, he has contributed to teaching Well-being Leadership and the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.
Reuben is dedicated to creating enduring positive change by shaping psychological, social, and physical environments to influence key behaviours, thoughts, and experiences. He believes leaders play a pivotal role in cultivating these environments and is passionate about improving performance and well-being through research-based approaches.
